Keep Quiet is a postage-stamp-sized speakeasy tucked behind the patio of Urban Chestnut's Midtown biergarten — a collaboration between UCBC and Little Lager's Manny Negron. If you see the red light glowing at the entrance, step inside for a monthly-rotating cocktail menu of roughly 10–15 drinks, from twists on Manhattans and negronis to inventive concoctions like house-made Boozy Bear gummy cocktails. About 30 seats; cocktail-only Friday–Saturday nights. Opened February 2025.
